Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email from us containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. Here's everything you need to know.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your email — Look for a dispatch confirmation email from Figleer. This will be sent to the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Find your tracking number — Your tracking number will be included in the dispatch email.
  3. Visit the courier's website — Click the tracking link in your email, or visit the courier's website and enter your tracking number to see live delivery updates.

Delivery Timeframes

  • 📦 Standard items — Typically delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch
  • 🏠 Large items (e.g. garden sheds, pergolas) — May take 5–7 working days due to specialist courier handling
  • 📅 Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact our team with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.

My Order Hasn't Arrived

If your estimated delivery date has passed and your order hasn't arrived, please don't worry — delays can occasionally happen with couriers. Get in touch with us and we'll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
