Thank you for shopping at Figleer (figleer.myshopify.com). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You have the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

🚫 No Final Sale Items: Unlike many stores, Figleer does not exclude sale items from our return policy. All items purchased on our store are eligible for returns under the same 30-day window.

2. The Return Process (Always Free)

We believe returns should be as stress-free as your shopping experience. Return shipping is 100% free, and we never charge restocking fees.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to martiniquealo6533@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Your Label: Our customer support team will reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid UK shipping label.

  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

  4. Drop It Off: Take the package to the designated UK drop-off point (e.g., Post Office or local courier point) as instructed in our email.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your package. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 3–7 business days).

  • No Restocking Fees: You will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. There are absolutely no restocking or processing fees.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at martiniquealo6533@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will fast-track a replacement or full refund to you at no extra cost.
